The firm renders assistance and advice in favor of companies with particular reference to lawsuits relating to contractual matters (among others: construction contracts, supply of goods and services, purchase and sale agreements, leasing agreements, tenancies, commodatum, etc.) as well as lawsuits relating to real estate and issues connected to industrial plants): the foregoing both in court proceedings and in arbitration proceedings.
